2....I secretly hope my 10 year old believes in Santa for a few more Christmases. 3....Political Correctness just rubs me the wrong way sometimes...Why can't Christmas just be Christmas instead of it having to be an argument, a reason to protest, or something to get mad about. 4....I adore the holidays, I hate the hype, I love the decorations, I hate the neverending commercials, I adore the wonder in my children's eyes, I hate that sometimes those eyes are filled with the images of a thousand toys, I love that my son said he really didn't need anything this year, he is the happiest boy in the world. 5....This is my fourth Christmas married to the greatest man in the world...it's also my fourth Christmas with three children. I love it. 6....Imagining the thrill in my child's eyes on Christmas morning is why I work so hard to make each year better than the last. 7....My parents made our Christmases the most amazing time of the year, EVERY single year, even with six children to provide for. 8....I found out today I have to finish all my Christmas shopping by two weeks from today, damn! 9....Christmas is not just the most wonderful time of the year, it's like a rebirth each and every year. 10....This year is becoming a nightmare in dealing with visitation for my daughter to her Dad. 11....I can't wait for the time when I am buying gifts for my grandchildren. 12....I vividly remember every moment of the last Christmas with my Nana and the last Christmas with my Daddo. 13....I wouldn't trade those memories for anything in the world.
